Registration:

3.2. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in dismissal from the academy without refund.

Safety:
4.1. Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by coaches and staff. 
4.2. PSFA (Premier Sporting Football Academy) is not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except in cases of negligence.

Communication: 
5.1. Participants and guardians agree to receive communications from PSFA (Premier Sporting Football Academy) via email, phone, or SMS. 
5.2. All official announcements and updates will be posted on our website.

Intellectual Property: 
6.1. All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and training materials, are the intellectual property of PSFA (Premier Sporting Football Academy).
6.2. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any materials is prohibited.

Termination: 
7.1. PSFA (Premier Sporting Football Academy) reserves the right to terminate enrollment for violations of these terms and conditions.
